Steamed Brussels sprouts

Steaming Brussels sprouts firm yet juicy.


Ingredients:

  • 200 grams of Brussels sprouts

  • Pinch of salt

Cooking Time:

  • Preparation Time: 3 minutes

  • Unattended Cooking Time: 5 minutes 30 seconds

Cooking Method:

  • Cut and discard the dry top part of the Brussels sprouts.

  • Cut each sprout into half.

  • Place sprouts into a silicon steaming dish add salt and shake to mix.

  • Place the lid on the steaming dish.

  • Cook in the microwave oven at 500W for 5 minutes 30 seconds.

  • Remove from the microwave and move the sprouts into a serving dish.
