Grilled Eggplant Rounds

Ingredients

  • Four medium sized eggplants

  • One teaspoon Olive Oil

  • Salt to taste


Cooking Time:

  • Preparation Time: 4 minutes

  • Unattended Cooking Time: 30 minutes


Cooking Method:

  • Cut and discard the top end and the bottom end of the eggplant.

  • Slice eggplants into rounds of 5mm width

  • Mix the eggplant rounds with Olive Oil and salt in a bowl.

  • Lay the eggplant rounds on an oven tray covered with aluminum foil.

  • Grill for 30 minutes and turn the rounds bottom side up after 15 minutes.

  • Remove the grilled rounds into a bowl.
