Grilled Eggplant Rounds

Ingredients
Four medium sized eggplants
One teaspoon Olive Oil
Salt to taste
Cooking Time:
Preparation Time: 4 minutes
Unattended Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Cooking Method:
Cut and discard the top end and the bottom end of the eggplant.
Slice eggplants into rounds of 5mm width
Mix the eggplant rounds with Olive Oil and salt in a bowl.
Lay the eggplant rounds on an oven tray covered with aluminum foil.
Grill for 30 minutes and turn the rounds bottom side up after 15 minutes.
Remove the grilled rounds into a bowl.
