Pan Grilled Swordfish

Ingredients:

  • Swordfish Steak 150gms

  • Teaspoon of Olive oil

  • Teaspoon Cajun Spice

Cooking Time:

  • Cooking Time: 5 minutes

Cooking Method:

  • Lightly coat the pan with olive oil

  • Place the swordfish steak in the pan cook for two minutes on each side till it turns light brown.

  • Check on the side to confirm that the fish is cooked through without any pink portions in the middle.

  • Sprinkle the cajun spice on the both side of the fish and cook for ten to twenty seconds.

  • Remove from the pan and serve.
